It is official - I have a serious problem. I walk into Ulta to buy ONE bottle of nail polish. THEN I realized I had to spend $10 to get $3.50 with my coupon, which upped my bottles to 2. Oh! And let's not forget they didn't even have the shade I initially went in there for (so I had to grab that at Target), but I had been craving a new pink too and since I had a coupon... While browsing, they had a sign posted, you should apply a coat a white nail polish under neon colors in order for the color to appear more vibrant. Cool. I tried it - and it worked well. I am content. Happy Monday!
